Amber Alert canceled after child missing in Texarkana found safe

An Amber Alert issued for a missing child in Texarkana was canceled on Friday. According to the Arkansas State Police, three-year-old Kaiden Barnes was found safe around 11:30 Friday morning. Barnes had reportedly gone missing around 1 Friday morning and was believed to have wandered off.
