A man has been arrested in connection to the May 2023 deaths of two teens in Scott, Arkansas.
On Wednesday, Arkansas State Police confirmed that agents within their Criminal Investigation Division served an arrest warrant for two counts of capital murder on 25-year-old Devontea Clay in connection to the deaths of 16-year-old Sucram O’Donald and 19-year-old LaMarion Gilliam.
The arrest warrants were served on Clay at the Pulaski County Detention Center, where he was being held on unrelated charges.
