The search for a Massachusetts man wanted in connection with the rape and assault of a child ended this week in Arkansas. On Tuesday, Arkansas State Police stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation on Interstate 40. Troopers learned that the driver, 36-year-old Elmer Alvarado-Lopez, was wanted on a nationwide warrant. He’s being held in the Pulaski County Detention Center.
