A warrant has been issued for a Boone County man wanted for the sexual assault of a minor female in Marion County. The warrant for 32-year-old Dillon Isaac Kelley of Everton was issued last week.

According to the probable cause affidavit, the incident happened July 25 at a residence in Bruno. The homeowner reported Kelley showed up unannounced, was intoxicated and went to lie down. He then requested an underage female family member to come into the room and have sex with him.

The girl, and other juveniles in the residence, left and fled into the woods for their safety and the homeowner called 911.

Kelley is facing felony charges of sexual assault in the second degree with a minor over the age of 14 who is not their spouse and criminal attempt. His bond will be set at $10,000 once he is taken into custody.

He has previous arrests in Marion and Boone counties on charges including aggravated assault on a family or household member, domestic battery, possession of firearms by a certain person (meaning he is a convicted felon), theft of property, unauthorized use of a vehicle, endangering the welfare of a minor and criminal mischief.

All of his previous arrests resulted in sentences of probation.
