Flippin man arrested by ASP for making threats to Arkansas Attorney General

The Arkansas State Police have arrested a Flippin man in connection of threatening messages sent to Arkansas Attorney General Tim Griffin.

According to a press release from the Arkansas State Police, the Arkansas Attorney General’s Office requested assistance of the ASP Criminal Investigation Division after a threatening message was received through his office’s Facebook messenger account on July 26.

Based on the investigation, ASP Agents obtained an arrest warrant for 39-year-old Jeffrey Roger Pyzocha of Flippin.

Pyzocha was taken into custody in Mountain Home and was booked into the Marion County Detention Center. He faces charges of first-degree terroristic threatening. His he was released on a $25,000 bond.
