Saturday’s cross country schedule includes the season opener for the Mountain Home High School teams. The Bombers and Lady Bombers will be joined by Dora, West Plains and Branson at the Southwest Cross Country Association Richard Clark Invitational in Bolivar, Mo.
Mountain Home’s boys enter the season as the two-time defending Class 5A state champions. The Lady Bombers finished fifth in the state last year.
Mountain Home head coach Wil Norris says his teams are eager to get the campaign started and show what they can do.
