An Izard County man has been arrested for sexual assault involving a minor. Twenty-seven-year-old James Hayden Phillips of Melbourne is facing one felony count of sexual assault in the second degree.No details of the case have been released as the documents in the case have been ordered sealed by the court.Phillips is free after posting $50,000 bond.
