The Mountain Home High School golf teams had mixed results as they hosted Harrison for their regular season finale Wednesday at Big Creek Golf and Country Club.
The Lady Bombers defeated the Lady Goblins 314-316. Mountain Home’s Abby Edens and Anna Torres finished in a three-way tie with Harrison’s Brynne Bonds for the medalist honor after all three shot a 103.
The Bomber boys came up just short as the Goblins won 317-318. Cody Cormican of Mountain Home was the medalist with a 73 as he beat out Harrison’s Berkley Knapp by two strokes. Also for the Bombers, Sam Wynn ended up third with a 77, and Braxton Blagg finished in a tie for fifth place with an 81.
Mountain Home will be back at Big Creek on Tuesday as they host the 5A-West Conference Tournament.
