A Mountain Home woman has succumbed to her injuries following a one-vehicle accident last week near Salesville. Seventy-one-year-old Pamela Foreman was pronounced dead at CoxHealth Medical Center South in Springfield.
According to the Arkansas State Police, Foreman was traveling on Arkansas Highway 5 on Sept. 12. She was near Spring Road when she reportedly failed to negotiate a left-hand curve, and her vehicle ran off the right side of the roadway and struck a culvert.
The weather was cloudy, but the road was dry at the time of the 11:21 a.m. accident.
