A Fulton County woman was one of three females transported to Ozarks Healthcare in West Plains following a two-vehicle accident Saturday afternoon in Howell County. Thirty-six-year-old Alisha Castor of Salem suffered moderate injuries. In addition, 65-year-old Tonya Graves of Thayer was seriously injured, and 61-year-old Dianna Webster of Thayer had moderate injuries.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Castor was traveling on Missouri Highway 17. She was nearly seven miles south of West Plains when another vehicle, driven by Webster and occupied by Graves, crossed into her path. Webster had reportedly failed to stop for a stop sign.
Both vehicles were totaled in the 3:15 p.m. accident.
