A Fulton County man has been arrested after he allegedly threatened to kill someone. Sixty-year-old Kevin Anderson is facing charges of terroristic threatening for the incident.

According to the probable cause affidavit, on Oct. 20, deputies with the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office were dispatched regarding a domestic disturbance.

Upon arrival, deputies made contact with the victim, who stated Anderson had threatened to kill her. Deputies observed Anderson to be visibly intoxicated and confused as to why law enforcement was there.

Deputies then spoke with a man who had witnessed similar events. He stated Anderson threatened the victim regularly and had hit her on the face earlier in the day. The witness said whenever he tries to intervene or de-escalate the situation, Anderson threatens him as well.

As Anderson was transported to the Fulton County Detention Center, deputies noted he stated multiple times he was going to kill the victim.

Anderson was booked into the Fulton County Detention Center, where he is facing one felony count of first-degree terroristic threatening.
