Fire personnel have been on the scene of a fire Wednesday morning in forest areas of Buzzard Roost. The blaze has been extinguished, and there were no reports of injuries or property damage.
According to a Baxter County 911 dispatch spokesperson, a brush fire occurred in an area near Slick Rock Road and Hazelcrest Place. Fire fighters from Northeast Lakeside, Henderson, Gamaliel and the Arkansas Forestry Division responded to the blaze.
A cause of the fire has not been reported.
