On October 31, Baxter Health’s Vice President of Marketing and Communications Tobias Pugsley, was honored with the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) 2024 Regent’s Award for Early Career Healthcare Executive at the Arkansas Hospital Association’s Annual Meeting Awards Lunch.
Each year, the Arkansas Hospital Association recognizes healthcare executives “who demonstrate exemplary leadership and innovative management skills within their role.” Pugsley was recognized as “a distinguished leader, showcasing not only executive capability in advancing his organization but helping the Arkansas Hospital Association Society for Healthcare Marketing and Public Relations.”
In his role at Baxter Health, Pugsley leads initiatives aimed at enhancing patient outreach, building community trust in healthcare, and promoting sustainable growth. As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, he collaborates with clinical and operational leaders to develop and execute strategies addressing local health challenges. His contributions help ensure Baxter Health remains “independent, strategically comprehensive, and community focused.”
Outside of his professional responsibilities, Pugsley is an active member of the community, serving on boards such as the Mountain Home Education Foundation, Baxter County Library Foundation Advisory Board, Harrison Economic Development Committee, Bomber Youth Football League Board, and as President of the Arkansas Hospital Association Society for Healthcare Marketing and Public Relations Board of Directors.
