A public hearing will be held prior to the Cotter City Council meeting Thursday night to address the proposed closure of an alleyway located between lots 112-116 and lots 117-121, extending from College Street to State Street and between Hazel and View streets.
The hearing is scheduled to begin at 6, followed by the council’s regular meeting. Both will take place in the Council Chamber at Cotter City Hall.
The council’s agenda includes consideration of an ordinance to abandon the alleyway and the adoption of the 2025 operating budget.
