Frigid temperatures are set to return to the Twin Lakes Area Over the next week and there are some things residents should keep in mind to prevent water pipes from freezing at home.
KTLO, Classic Hits and The Boot News revisits and interview with Chad Dewey of Dewey and Sons Plumbing where he shares tips and reminds the public how they can keep pipes from freezing during the cold.

Dewey states if the power goes out, continue dripping the water to keep the pipes from freezing. If a pipe bursts, there will be no evidence until the weather warms up. If a pipe has ruptured, he says to have the issue addressed as soon as possible.
