A Fulton County man has been arrested following a domestic assault. Twenty-eight-year-old Lee Madison Dailey is facing charges of terroristic threatening, criminal mischief, and assault in connection with the incident.

According to a probable cause affidavit, deputies with the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office were contacted by the victim on Jan. 11 regarding an alleged domestic assault on Wild Cherry Road.

The victim reported Dailey headbutted her after accusing her of infidelity. He also allegedly took her Apple Series 6 iPhone watch, valued at approximately $800, and smashed it.

Children were reportedly present during the incident when Dailey allegedly told the victim he would slit her throat and then went to retrieve a gun.

The victim left with the children and went to work before filing a report at the sheriff’s office.

Deputies later made contact with Dailey at his home, where he was taken into custody. He was placed on suicide watch after reportedly making several suicidal statements.

Dailey was booked into the Fulton County Detention Center on a felony count of terroristic threatening and misdemeanor counts of first-degree criminal mischief and third-degree assault on a family or household member. He was released on a $5,000 bond.
