
A Mountain Home man has been arrested for stealing a shopping cart full of items from a local store. Three felony charges have been filed against 33-year-old Kory Adam Charlton.
According to the probable cause affidavit from the Mountain Home Police Department, Charlton loaded a shopping cart full of items, destroyed an emergency exit alarm device and left the store without paying for the merchandise. The incident occurred Jan. 11.
Charlton is facing charges of commercial burglary, criminal mischief and theft of property. He is also on probation and is listed as an absconder with the Arkansas Department of Corrections. His bonds total $26,500.
