The Mountain Home freshman basketball teams had a rough trip to Jonesboro as they took on Nettleton on Monday.
The boys’ game ended with the Junior Bombers coming up just short. Mountain Home was edged out by the Junior Raiders 28-27.
The Junior Lady Bombers also fell to Nettleton 43-32. Addison McCarn was Mountain Home’s top scorer with 12 points. The Junior Lady Bombers are now 6-10 on the year and 5-7 in the Northeast Arkansas Conference.
