North Arkansas Electric Cooperative (NAEC), along with the state’s 16 other electric cooperatives, will provide an all-expense-paid trip June 14-20 to Washington and Philadelphia for a selected group of high school students. During the trip, Youth Tour delegates will visit historic landmarks including the Liberty Bell, Independence Hall, Smithsonian Institution museums, Arlington National Cemetery, the U.S. Capitol and National Mall memorials.
Applicants must be high school juniors during the current school year with a parent or legal guardian who is an NAEC member. After reviewing applications, the cooperative will select applicants for interviews to determine the winners.
NAEC must receive applications by March 5 and can be emailed to tmoss@naeci.com, dropped off at an NAEC office or mailed to North Arkansas Electric Cooperative, Attn: Tori Moss, P.O. Box 1000, Salem, AR 72576.
