In a January meeting of the Mountain Home Advertising and Promotion (A&P) Commission, Mountain Home City Attorney urged the commission to begin requiring written contracts for money requests, specifically from entities such as the Mountain Home Area Chamber of Commerce. Roger Morgan says the way the process has always worked is the chamber, and similar entities, has filled out a request for the money and presented it to the A&P commission, but to meet the state law, they need to change that.
