The Twin Lakes Community Foundation is continuing to take applications for its 2025 Giving Tree Grants, but the deadline is getting closer. Applications are being accepted through Saturday.
Any 501(c)(3) nonprofit, school, hospital or government agency in Baxter, Marion, Fulton and Izard counties can apply and will receive the first priority, but Twin Lakes Community Foundation Executive Director, Kimberly Jones, who made a recent appearance on KTLO-FM, says there are other applications that will be considered.

Jones says there are organizations located outside the area that also may be eligible.

The grants are awarded through a competitive selection process by committees of local leaders. The committees determine the best use of grant funds each year.
In 2024, 26 Giving Tree grants were awarded for a total exceeding $40,000. Since the foundation’s formation in 2002, 376 grants have totaled more than $430,000.
The only way to apply is going online to arcf.org/givingtree. Jones says that will take applicant to the grant portal.
