A Fulton County man has been arrested for filming underage girls in his bathroom. Facing three felony charges in the case is 45-year-old Joshua Craig Robison of Cherokee Village.
According to the probable cause affidavit from the Cherokee Village Police Department, the investigation began after the Arkansas State Police Crimes Against Children Division received a report of someone videoing female children in a residential bathroom using a hidden camera.
During the investigation, a video was found on Robison’s phone of a nude underage girl in his bathroom. Other videos were emailed to his estranged wife which showed two other underage girls. One video showed Robison adjusting the camera.
Robison is facing two counts of video voyeurism and one count of possessing or viewing matter depicting sexually explicit conduct involving a child. He is being held in the Fulton County Jail on $100,000 bond.
