A commercial addition permit was issued to the Johns Family Trust on behalf of Shane Hazes at 525 East Fourth Street with a construction value of $6,000.
Three commercial sign permits were issued in January with the first going to Washington Regional Urgent Care at 305 U.S. Highway 62 East with a construction value of $500. The second was issued to Leo’s Italian Restaurant at 759 Highway 62 East with a construction value of $1,250. The third was issued to the Baxter County Sheriff’s Office at 904 Highway 62 West with a construction value of $2,200.
Last month also had two new residential building permits with the first going to Phillip Patten at 409 Oak Ridge Road with a construction value of $390,000. The second was issued to Gracy Enterprises, LLC, on behalf of Riverwalk Rentals, LLC, at 309 East First Street, Unit 5, for a construction value of $365,000.
A residential remodel permit was issued to Debbie Rosenberger at 1220 East 16th Street with a construction value of $11,760.
Two residential ACC structure permits were issued with the first to Mark Voldness at 117 Dryer Street with a construction value of $3,000. The second was to Miranda Shaw at 710 Gray Street with a construction value of $12,509.20.
