Volunteer, Tony Khayat, will lead you through gentle exercises to promote fitness and flexibility. Relieve stress and tension, trim, shape, and tone the body with a regenercize workout. This class is suitable for both beginner and intermediate yoga practitioners. Must be age 18 and older. A donation of $2-$5 is suggested to support the Library. Join us for yoga! Dance Class for Women EVERY Mon and Wedn Schliemann Center for Women Heart to Heart Dance Class, Monday and Wednesday 4:15 pm. Held at WEC (Wellness Education Center, 2545 Hwy 5 North (formerly Simple Man’s). Dance class includes several types of dance styles inspired by a wide variety of musical genres including the ’70s, 80s, and a little hip hop. The goal is to get moving and dance! Cardio, Kickboxing for Women EVERY Mon and Wedn Schliemann Center for Women’s Health Cardio Kickboxing and Strength Training for women, with Angie Bertel, EVERY Mon. and Wed. 5:30 pm held at the (WEC) Wellness Education Center 2545 Hwy 5 North.
