Babies & Books is a special time for parents and infants to interact with rhymes, action songs, puppets, and stories. It is designed for the developmental needs and attention spans of little ones from birth to 36 months.

All Story Times at the Library are designed to develop critical early literacy skills. Studies show that young children who experience books read aloud to have a better vocabulary and improved comprehension skills, the building blocks necessary to be ready to learn to read.

Story Times are held in the Multi-Purpose Room of the Children’s Library at the Donald W. Reynolds Library Serving Baxter County located at 300 Library Hill, Mountain Home, Ar.
