Classes meet every Monday beginning February 5, for 8 lectures, from 1-3pm. Led by Professor Jim Carroll, we will delve into the Preamble, dissect the Bill of Rights, and unlock the secrets of the Constitution’s intricate design.
A $100 donation to the Baxter County Library Foundation is requested & payable at the Library Circulation Desk at the first lecture or before January 2.
