Baxter County Library’s Tween Library Council (TwLC) is an advisory board of students in grades 4-6 who meet monthly with the library’s Youth Services staff to discuss books and movies and to give input on library issues related to tweens. Tween Library Council requires a commitment to attend one meeting per month during the school year, as well as optional attendance at various Library programs outside of the meetings. Please read the TwLC Application to see if the Tween Library Council would be a good fit for you.
