The Baxter County Library Tween Library Council (TwLC) involves our tween patrons in furthering the mission of the library to engage our patrons. By attending monthly meetings, the tweens are involved in promoting reading, making new friends, and having fun! Students entering 4th-6th grade in the fall are eligible to apply.

To start on the council in August, applications are due NO LATER THAN August 1.
After August 1, we will take applications through December 31 to join the TwLC in September-December.
