The Cotter community is invited to attend the Annual Block Party held on 10/26 5-8pm, in front of City Hall. Bring your favorite outdoor games. The street will be blocked off for games etc. The city will provide hamburgers, hotdogs, and drinks. You are welcome to bring a dish.
