The Financial Aid Specialist will verify eligibility and award Financial Aid and Private Loans. Counsel students and families about Scholarship and Financial Aid eligibility requirements. Verify and report enrollment for state and federal aid programs. Maintain Scholarship and Financial Aid Office web pages. Input and maintain documentation pertaining to student financial aid records and complete a variety of paperwork for other offices and outside entities. Duties performed require the ability to use multiple computer software programs. Minimum qualifications include an Associate’s Degree, or equivalent experience resulting in broad knowledge of a field related to the job, such as accounting, marketing, business administration, etc., plus 12 to 18 months related experience and/or training. Or equivalent combination of education and experience. Compensation includes an annual salary commensurate with background and experience, and a comprehensive benefits and leave package.
