The Democratic Party of Fulton County will meet for their quarterly meeting Monday night, October 9th at the Hickinbotham-Miller Bldg. at the Fulton County Fairgrounds in Salem. Social hour starts at 5:30 pm and the business meeting will start at 6:00 pm. Steve Grappe, chairman of the Rural Caucus of Arkansas and a member of the Executive Committee of the Democratic Party of Arkansas, will be the guest speaker.
