Jake Christenson won the championship event in the No Excuses, Just Fish Winter Series at Anchor Pointe Resort on Bull Shoals Lake in Peel. He caught five fish weighing 18.64 pounds, and he also ended up with the big bass at 5.3 pounds.

The third-annual United Bass Anglers Benefit Bass Tournament is scheduled for Saturday, March 22nd, at Panther Bay Marina on Lake Norfork.
